No Return Policy
We do not accept product returns once the order has been delivered successfully.
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong selection by customer
• Size, color, or comfort preference
• Used or opened products
Exchange Policy (Only in Special Cases)
Exchange is allowed only if all conditions below are met:
✔ Product must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
✔ Product must be in the same condition as delivered
✔ Original invoice / proof of purchase is required
✔ Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
If the product packaging is opened or damaged by the customer, exchange will not be accepted.
Defective Product Policy
Return or replacement will be accepted only if the product is found defective at the time of delivery.
✔ Customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
✔ Clear photos / video proof must be provided
✔ Defect must be manufacturing or transit related
❌ Damage caused after delivery or due to misuse will not be accepted
After inspection and approval, we will provide replacement or resolution accordingly.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only in case of:
• Product unavailable after payment
• Approved defective product cases
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
